We are delighted to share the exciting news that NCS have recently been appointed as an Assured Supplier
within the Advanced Telephony Better Purchasing framework (BPf).
Building Trust – NCS An Assured Supplier
NCS have long standing relationships with NHS Healthcare providers and currently support over 200 practices throughout the UK with a range of solutions and services from cloud based telecoms to managed print.
The BPf framework has been set-up to allow practices to procure cloud-based telephone systems from suppliers within the Better Purchasing framework who have been through rigorous early assurance. We trust this endorsement further demonstrates NCS’s ongoing commitment to develop and deliver highly effective, innovative telephony solutions to healthcare providers.
Developing and Strengthening Relationships

The Better Purchasing framework is set to support practices, primary care networks and their Integrated Care Boards in commissioning advanced GP telephony systems built around cloud-hosted Voiceover IP (VoIP) systems, which include clinical system integration, remote access and peak demand management functionality.
